Sunlit Italian villa courtyard with stone arches and lemon trees
Val d'Orcia · Tuscany

Slow mornings,
golden evenings

Seven suites behind 17th-century stone walls. A spring-fed pool, a wood-fired kitchen and hills that go on forever.

The House

Four centuries of stone,
one family, one table

Villa Serena began life in 1642 as a working farmhouse on the road between Pienza and Montepulciano. Today the chestnut beams, the terracotta floors and the stone hearth are all still here — joined by linen sheets, a serious kitchen and a pool fed by the property's own spring.

The villa is rented as one whole house, never by the room, so the courtyard, the loggia and the long dining table belong entirely to you and your guests.
